No badge loyalty on this ride — German, Austrian, Italian, Japanese, American and British machines roll side by side. If your bike and your riding can handle 60 days across a continent, it's a ride bike.

The Route

Every corner of the continent

From the Atlantic to the Black Sea, from the Mediterranean to the Arctic — the route loops the whole of Europe in four big legs.

01

The South — Weeks 1–2

Portugal, Spain, France and the Mediterranean coast — warm-up miles through Iberia and the Riviera into Italy and Greece while the south is still pleasant.

02

The East — Weeks 3–4

The Balkans, Romania, Hungary and up through Poland and the Baltics — the wild roads most riders never see, in full summer.

03

The North — Weeks 5–6

Scandinavia at midsummer — Norway's fjords, Sweden's forests, Finland's lakes, and the midnight sun at the top of the world.

04

The Return — Weeks 7–9

Down through Denmark, Germany and the Alps in July — the high passes open and snow-free as the grand finale of 60 days.

The Timing

Why late May is the perfect start

Sixty days is a long loop — the route is timed so every region is at its best when we ride through it.

Roll out: late May 2028

Start in the south before the peak heat. Iberia and the Mediterranean are perfect in late May — warm days, quiet roads, lower hotel prices.

Midsummer in the far north

Hit Norway and Finland around the summer solstice — near 24-hour daylight, the best riding weather Scandinavia gets all year.

Home by late July

Come back over the Alps in July when every high pass is open, wrapping the full loop in about 60 days before the August crowds.

The Crew

Everyone's invited. Twelve ride core.

The Ride is a community of motorcycle lovers — people who live for the machines they ride, who wrench on their own bikes, and who love nothing more than covering long distances. It's open to everyone who wants to be part of it — follow along, join the community, ride a leg. At the heart of it is a core crew of twelve vetted riders doing the full 60 days. Every brand and every type of motorcycle is welcome; what matters is that you and your bike can genuinely handle the distance.

  • Every brand welcome — BMW, KTM, Ducati, Honda, Harley or anything else. The rider and the machine get vetted, never the badge
  • Hotels or motels every 3rd–4th night; the rest is camping under the stars
  • Committed to the summer 2028 timeline — no drop-ins
  • No gear, no ride — you carry your own riding and camping gear, self-sufficient between stops
  • Official tour mascot on board — the founder's dog rides too

The Buzz

A community built around The Ride

This is a community of motorcycle lovers — riders and mechanics who know their machines inside out and live for long distances. The Ride is what that community does together.

One channel, everyone aligned

A shared route plan, daily check-ins and a group channel keep all 12+ riders on the same page — same waypoints, same timeline, no one left behind.

A community, not just a group ride

Motorcycle lovers, home mechanics and long-distance riders — people who care about the machines as much as the miles. Riders who join along the way, locals who host us, wrenchers in every garage we stop at — everyone becomes part of the crew. Every fuel stop is a meetup.

The buzz builds itself

Countdown posts before departure, daily updates from the road, and a finish-line celebration — sponsors get a story people actually follow.

Ready to be part of The Ride?

Whether you're a brand looking for exposure, a local business on the route, or a rider hoping for a seat — get in touch and let's make summer 2028 happen.

Rider Fit Check

Are You Ready for The Ride?

Everyone's invited to be part of The Ride — tell us about your riding, your machine and your summer. You'll get an instant assessment and a personal next step. Core crew spots are decided by the leadership team.

No gear, no ride — you must bring your own riding and camping gear.

Follow The Ride

One community, four channels

The Ride lives where the riders are. Follow the build-up, join the conversation, and stay in the loop from now until the kickstand goes up in summer 2028.

The leadership

The Ride is run by a three-person command — one voice on the road, two backups keeping every rider on the same page.

Ride Leader

Shawn — founder of The Ride. Final call on route, roster and every decision on the road.

Second in Command

Runs logistics and rider vetting. Steps up whenever the leader is off the bike.

Third in Command

Runs comms and the sweep position — no rider gets left behind, on or off the route.
